Shipping policy

 Here at ClaraSpice, orders are shipped on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

• All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be shipped out on the next scheduled shipping day (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday respectively)
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
• Please note that we do not ship on Sundays, Wednesdays or Mondays.
• We are closed on national holidays and do not ship.
• We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier.
• Standard shipping times are 3 to 5 days.
• For expedited shipping options please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or by factors outside of our control such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

If your item is damaged, stolen or lost please contact us immediately and we’ll provide the steps to submit a claim via USPS so we can send your new items immediately.
